1. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
   1. Upon ordering any product or service from the e-academy managed storefront, these Consumer Terms and Conditions, when accepted by you, the consumer, will constitute a valid, legally binding agreement between yourself and e-academy.

2. HOURS OF OPERATION
   1. If you would like additional product and pricing information, our e-academy Support team is available to assist you Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST.
   2. For order status information, or other assistance with an order you have already placed on the e-academy website, please contact e-academy Sales Support at 1-877-616-0662, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday.
   3. The corporate head office of e-academy Incorporated is located at 987A Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA, K1Y 2Y1.

3. PRODUCTS AND PURCHASING
   1. e-academy Incorporated is a distributor for some or all products offered on this site. You, as the consumer, are responsible to ensure that the items chosen and shipping address for mail order products are correct.
   2. e-academy is not responsible for products incorrectly purchased due to similarities in name and/or product explanations.
   3. e-academy is not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in product descriptions or information about the product.
   4. You, as the end-user, are responsible in determining the correct version, product name and system requirements for any and all products prior to completing your purchase. You may be required to visit the publisher website to find the necessary information.
   5. Product information and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
   6. e-academy reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of a sale on products offered on the storefront at any time.
   7. The product(s) ordered by you are described by name only on your invoice and order receipt.
   8. Further details regarding the product and features can be found on the main product information page.
   9. Your total payment due, including all taxes, shipping and customs charges, if any, will be as set forth in the invoice.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
   1. e-academy makes every effort to ship your product according to the times specified by the e-academy storefront at checkout.
   2. The estimated delivery times are in BUSINESS DAYS (Monday through Friday) excluding statutory holidays.
   3. Specified delivery times quoted on the checkout page are dependent on availability of items in the warehouse.
   4. Please add 1-2 additional days for order consolidation processing and transportation.
   5. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the delivery timeframe provided, shipping dates are subject to change due to changes in supply and uncontrolled circumstances with the courier.
   6. If e-academy is aware of a delivery time change, we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

5. PRODUCT WARRANTY
   1. Products sold through this Web site are serviced and supported exclusively by the publishers and manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions agreed to for their products. Please contact the publisher or manufacturer directly for customer service pertaining to the warranty.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   1. In no event shall e-academy be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special damages or other damages whether in contract, tort or any other legal theory.
   2. This includes, without limitation,
      1. loss of use, revenue or profit;
      2. failure to realize expected savings or for other economic loss;
      3. damages for the replacement of equipment;
      4. cost of recovery; or (v)
      5. reprogramming or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with e-academy purchased products

7. MISCELLANEOUS
   1. No e-academy employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Consumer Terms and Conditions, e-academy corporate policies, or other applicable terms and conditions governing any sale.
   2. If one or more of the User Terms and Conditions are deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
   3. A waiver or default of any of the Consumer Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a valid waiver, or of any other default or terms or conditions.
   4. e-academy shall not be liable for any failure to perform according to these Consumer Terms and Conditions if such a failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, natural disaster, government action or accident.

8. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS and BACKORDERS on received or processed orders
   1. There are NO REFUNDS on ANY items purchased through this site.
   2. We are unable to cancel shipment for any orders as they are processed immediately for faster shipping.
      1. You, as the consumer, are responsible to ensure that you read all system requirements and additional product details on the publisher website, prior to making your purchase.
      2. You, as the consumer, will be responsible for errors made when providing your shipping or billing information during purchase, resulting in delays of shipment, and additional shipping costs for replacement, when applicable.
   3. Items purchased when on backorder are processed on a first-in, first-out basis when inventory is received. Orders will be shipped only when they are complete; that is, when all items within the shopping cart are in fact available.
