Delivery Shipping Information


Delivery Estimates for North American Deliveries:

Shipping times for delivery are based on typical courier estimates and therefore, we are unable to guarantee shipping times and exact date of delivery. Receipt of your package depends on several factors, including the destination address, processing time for shipment, and delivery option chosen.

After an order has been placed, the order is sent for processing and preparation and usually ships within 1-2 days. We calculate total delivery estimate times by taking the estimated shipping days and adding the processing time. *Please allow 3 extra days of processing time for Adobe shipments.

For example, if you order an item and select standard U.S. ground shipping (which typically takes 4-6 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 5-8 business days after you place it.

  1. Will I get my order the next day if I choose 1-2 day shipping?
    Selecting the 1-2 Business Day shipping option does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for shipping. As mentioned above, please note the additional processing time to prepare the package for shipment.

  2. How much does shipping cost?
    Depending what product you choose to purchase, shipping costs and shipping times may vary. Please see the shipping option link found on the main product page to determine the shipping cost.

  3. Are there any conditions when entering my shipping information?
    The product you are ordering will be shipped to you directly, at the address you specify. The package will be delivered via Courier (e.g. DHL), or the United States Postal Service (USPS) and specific conditions apply regarding:
    • Address Requirements
    • Delivery of Package
    • Refunds, Cancellations and Backorders on received or processed orders

  4. Once I've placed my order, how do I tracking my package (North American deliveries only):
    1. Finding Tracking Information: To find the tracking number and the tracking website you'll need to log into the software storefront and go to the 'My Software' section to find this information. Tracking information is typically available 1-2 days after the order has been placed.
    2. Delivery or Courier Tracking Number: Once you obtain the courier 'delivery' tracking number, you will then need to visit the delivery company's website to track the package.

  5. What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
    Orders that are placed on the E-academy storefront and shipped via a trackable method (such as DHL) will have tracking information available in the 'My Software' section of your account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
