The product you are ordering will be shipped to you directly, at the address you specify. The package will be delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Courier (e.g. DHL) and the following conditions apply:
  1. ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
    United States Postal Service (USPS) - Residential Delivery Only
  2. For orders shipped via USPS, if you have a PO Box it must be included in the mailing address:

    Courier (e.g. DHL) - Residential, Business or Institutional Delivery
  3. For orders shipped by courier (e.g. DHL), PO boxes are not accepted (please use a secondary address).
  4. If you provide a business address, you must include the business name and the appropriate suite and/or floor reference if applicable:

  5. DELIVERY of Package
  6. Orders are shipped on a best-effort basis. All delivery times are typical and EXPECTED TIME OF DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED.
  7. Shipping may be limited to specific locations.
  8. The courier is unable to take special instructions for shipping; the package will arrive any time between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM at the location you specify.

  9. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS and BACKORDERS on received or processed orders
  10. There are NO REFUNDS on ANY items purchased through this site.
  11. We are unable to cancel shipment for any orders as they are processed immediately for faster shipping.
  12. You, as the consumer, are responsible to ensure that you read all system requirements and additional product details on the publisher website, prior to making your purchase.
  13. You, as the consumer, will be responsible for errors made when providing your shipping or billing information during purchase, resulting in delays of shipment, and additional shipping costs for replacement, when applicable.
  14. Items purchased when on backorder are processed on a first-in, first-out basis when inventory is received. Orders will be shipped only when they are complete; that is, when all items within the shopping cart are in fact available.
